Cancellation Policy

Vantage Home Movers operates as a licensed broker, collecting a fee for arranging transportation through independent, FMCSA-authorized motor carriers. Carrier charges are paid separately, via COD or advance payment arrangements — the first half is due upon pickup and the second half due upon delivery.

• The broker fee is non-refundable, with no exceptions, 72 hours after signing your bill of lading.
• Under federal regulation 49 CFR § 375.505(h), customers cannot cancel estimates or recover deposits outside a three-day window, or after physical moving services have commenced.
• Cancellation is not possible once the customer's property has been loaded on the truck. This includes once packing, loading, storage, or transportation activities are underway.
